两种撤销方式

注意事项：我们提供的步骤是用邮件沟通的，而更直接的方法，你也可以直接打电话 (1) 760-602-3000 星期一到五，早上8点到下午5点(换算为：北京时间每星期一晚上11点为太平洋时间的早上8点)，直接找support部门，进行提出撤销申请。当然我想在国内一般人都会采取邮件取消。如果您不知道如何拨号从贵国到美国，我们建议您谘询 http://www.countrycallingcodes.com 指示。一旦取消成功，您必须等待14天，才能再次注册一个新的GDI帐户。并请注意取消帐号后，旧帐号所累积的佣金，奖金，和下线组织将立即被没收后取消。

1、7天试用期内：
注意加入时间，请务必掌握在7天内，因为过程为邮件沟通，所以申请处理的时间必须加长(过程大约为，提出申请邮件→公司上班时间收到信，公司回信请你确认撤销→你回信确认→公司回信确认完成撤销)，大约为两天时间，所以请特别注意。2、试用期以后：
请注意每个月的扣款时间（步骤5查询流程），提出请提前于扣款时间，其流程同上述。

3、时间计算请以太平洋时间计算。

4、当收到公司回信，请以原信件回覆，以确认沟通人员、沟通过程内容以及时间点。

5、查询流程：
登入website.ws/members →进入首页后左侧功能列下方，选取”Domains”
然后进入”Domains” 页面，右侧有 “My Domains ” ，下方有 “Paid Through” 项目，此为扣款时间。

具体注销步骤：

首先进入GDI登录界面 http：//website.ws/members 输入使用者帐号与密码

进入首页后，左侧功能列选择 Request Support 选择 “Canceling” 往下方，选择 Contact support ，在内容框中填写内容资料：

(以下灰色部份是你要回信的内容，注意需更改成自己的资料)

Dear Sir：
I am form China(地点视自己的所在) and can’t speak English.
Please help me to cancel my account.
My canceling reason：
GDI don’t have good Chinese support that is difficult to do.

(你的英文名字)GDI会回复信件(你帐号预设的邮箱)给你，内容大致如下：

Good Morning (你的英文名字)，Please reply to this email including the answer of the following security details， so we may continue with the cancellation of your account (你的使用者名称username)：SECURITY QUESTION 1： Favorite number?(你当初注册时的安全问题答桉)
SECURITY QUESTION 2： Favorite color?Based on your experience， do you have any suggestions that might help us improve our products and services?(基于你使用的经验，可以针对产品与服务提出建议)Please note： Once the cancellation process is finalized， you must wait 14 full days before you can register a new account with a different username. If you do decide to register a new account after having waiting the full required time， you may do so using any valid referral link of your choosing. When you register your new account， you can attempt to register the domain of your choice. We cannot hold a domain for you.
